Grupa Travel operates in accordance with Protection of Personal Data Act, Act on Rendering Electronic Services and recommendation of the Chief Inspector for Personal Data Protection. Moreover the company makes every effort to protect personal data both technologically and organisationally.
Collecting personal data
Grupa Travel collects data necessary for reservation and sale of services offered. Data is collected and stored in order to perform a regular transaction (name, surname, phone number, e-mail address, card number, CVV2/CVC2 code), for statistics purposes and in order to improve the content and the availability of the website (IP address, search engine type etc.).
Grupatravel.pl website uses ‘cookies’ mechanisms in order to identify previous visitors to the website. ‘Cookies’ are only used during the session and they do not contain and personal data.
Personal data sharing
Grupa Travel shares personal date collected during the reservation and purchasing process only with entities necessary to a correct realisation of the above mentioned service (provider of the service available at www.grupatravel.pl)
